Our story
Quiksilver Lagos was founded in 2021 with a simple mission: to create a hub for surf and skate culture in the heart of Lagos, Portugal.
As an official Quiksilver retailer, we're proud to represent this iconic brand while also supporting the local surf and skate community in the Algarve. What started as a small surf shop has grown into a community space where surfers, skaters, and locals gather to share their passion and participate in events.
Over time, the shop has become a place where people come for more than gear. With over 200 surfboards, a wide range of equipment, a quiet café in the back, and surf lessons through local schools, there’s something here for anyone who wants to connect with the surf scene in Lagos. It’s growing into something special, shaped by everyone who walks in.

With over 15 years of surfing experience, João founded Quiksilver Lagos to share his passion for the sport with the local community.

Maria ensures everything runs smoothly at the shop. Her knowledge of surfboards and gear is unmatched in the Algarve region.

Café Manager
Pedro is the creative mind behind our café's unique menu. He specializes in adaptogenic mushroom drinks and healthy snacks.

Events Coordinator
Sofia organizes all our community events, from skate competitions to surf movie nights. She's the heart of our community engagement.
